\nmacOS Support Essentials 10.12 is a three-day course that gives you a tour of macOS Sierra and describes the best ways to support macOS Sierra users. The course includes lectures and hands-on exercises that provide real-world experience. The course takes you deep inside macOS Sierra, offering in-depth, step-by-step guidance on everything from installing and configuring Sierra to managing networks and system administration.\nThrough practical, hands-on lessons, you'll learn how to set up users, configure system preferences, manage security and permissions, use diagnostic and repair tools, troubleshoot peripheral devices, and more: all you need to professionally support macOS Sierra and systematically prepare for Apple Certified Support Professional (ACSP) 10.12 certification or recertification.\n<!--allowhtml--><b>For Students Enrolled in a Virtual Class: </b><br>\nEach student will need a setup with two (2) devices in order to take the class virtually. One device may be a Mac or iPad, while the other must be a Mac with the correct software (and version) being taught in the course already installed. This setup will allow virtual students to view the presentation on one computer and complete support exercises on the other one.
